01 Departure from Bhopal and Arrival in Rameshwaram

Your pilgrimage begins with a flight from Bhopal to Madurai. Upon arrival at Madurai airport, our representative will greet you and arrange a comfortable road transfer to the holy island of Rameshwaram (approx. 3-4 hours). After checking into your hotel, you can spend the evening at leisure or visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple for evening darshan.

02 Ramanathaswamy Temple and Holy Rituals

Wake up early to experience the spiritual heart of your journey. You will visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple to participate in the sacred rituals, starting with a holy dip at Agni Theertham and then bathing in the water of the 22 holy wells inside the temple complex. Following this purification ritual, you will proceed for the main Jyotirlinga darshan. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the temple's magnificent corridors, the longest in the world.

03 Excursion to Dhanushkodi

After breakfast, you will embark on an unforgettable journey to Dhanushkodi. You will travel in a special 4x4 vehicle to the very tip of the island, where the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean meet. Explore the ruins of the old town, walk along the pristine beach, and visit the Ram Setu viewpoint. This serene and mystical place offers breathtaking views and a profound sense of peace.

04 Pamban Bridge and Local Sightseeing

Today, you will explore more of Rameshwaram's significant sites. You will visit the Kothandaramaswamy Temple, where Lord Ram is said to have crowned Vibhishana. Later, you will witness the engineering marvel of the Pamban Bridge, both the road and the railway bridge. You can also visit the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial.

05 Return to Bhopal

After a final breakfast in Rameshwaram, you will check out from the hotel and be driven back to Madurai airport. From here, you will board your flight back to Bhopal, bringing your divine and memorable pilgrimage to a close.
